Hello there @GAkl, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm wondering the same as @Rich_LaueHave you recently paired your headphones to your phone or other devices? If you have, try removing your headphones from those devices. Then, when pairing them with your Versa 3, make sure no other Bluetooth device are nearby and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend checking our help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

Let us know how it goes.

What error are you getting?

Did you turn the Bluetooth off on your phone, I assume they connect easily to the phone.

Hi @Rich_Laue , yes my Sony Headphones connect very easily to my iPhone. I have tried other blue tooth headphones and they connect alright. Just Sony not connecting.

You made sure that these headphones are not connected to anything else?

Hello @GAkl, thanks for getting back and for the photos attached.

As @Rich_Laue has asked you, are your headphones still paired to any device while you try pairing them to your Versa 3? If they're, please follow the first steps I recommended you here.

Keep us posted on the outcome.

I called customer service about the same issue. We tried everything. Nothing worked. They concluded Sony ear buds aren’t compatible yet. They said watch for future changes to the app where it will be compatible . Don’t waste time trying in the mean time, every suggestion in this thread didn’t work.
