I've been using an iPhone 7plus for many years now. I bought my versa 3 in december and have been using it with my phone. Recently due to some problems on my phone being as old as it is, I've had to switch to using a motorola e22i. I am just unable to connect it to my versa 3. Does anybody know how I could fix this.

Hi there, @Suhaan_. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
Is your Versa 3 still connected to your iPhone 7's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:
- Unpair your Versa 3 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
- Set up your Versa 3 again.
