Hi  Thank you for your help.  I went to the AT&T store and they fixed it for me. All is good now.

Hi Marie when I first got versa 3 it answered my phone calls now it doesn't.  How can I fix it? And do you have to be a premium member for the phone part to work?

Hi, @Lee624. Welcome on board.

Not at all, you don't need Fitbit Premium to enable the on-wrist calls feature.

Before anything else, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Also, I'd like to know if you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account as well? If you do and also have an Android phone, please know Android users can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

However, if the above doesn't describe your issue, please check the following requirements for the on-wrist calls:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Do you know what they did to fix it?  I am having the same issue.  I can get it to work for a few days then it disconnects again.  I am about ready to ditch fitbit and get a samsung smart watch.
