I updated my phone to IOS 15.5, and since then my Fitbit has been unable to connect to bluetooth. It’s not showing up at all on settings when I try to connect it. I have tried restarting it, forgetting it as a device, restarting my phone, and removed it from the Fitbit app to try and start over but it’s still not showing up. I looked at my old phone and it was still in the bluetooth list but wasn’t connected and when I pressed forget device on that phone it didn’t show up again so I assume it’s a problem with the actual Fitbit. Sorry if this is long and doesn’t make sense but I’ve tried everything on loads of other websites and comments

Hi there, @Frm4. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your iOS phone and your Fitbit device (let's make sure your Versa 3 is not connected to the old phone, your current phone, and your Fitbit app):*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
* Restart your Versa 3 one more time.
* Reboot your iOS device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
@Guy_ Thank you for the help!
Hope that helps.
