Versa 3 won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth

I got my new versa 3 today. I entered the Bluetooth code  paired my phone followed by Wifi , then it says looking for Versa 3. What should i do next to resolve?

Hi @SunsetRunner  - if you have an old watch remove it from the Bluetooth on the phone.

Turn off any devices with Bluetooth except your watch and phone and restart both.

This often resolves the pairing problem.
