Versa 3 won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth

Hello everyone! I'm having a major headache with my Vera 3. I bought it last July. It's worked great until a week ago. Now, it won't load past the rebooting screen. I've done everything that it says online and in this community, but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, @ProudT8. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

I do not exactly what steps you've done so far, but please try the steps below in the order listed:

 

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

If you manage to pair and sync your Versa 3, please make sure your Fitbit device is running the latest firmware version. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

I tried all those things. Now, my Versa 3 won't turn on, won't charge. It's just dead.
