Versa 3 won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth

My Versa 3 no longer synchs with my android.  The Versa 3 has a line through the phone icon.  I have tried powering off the Versa 3 several times.  I have turned on and off the bluetooth connection as well.  Do I need to uninstall the app and reinstall?  What else can I try?

Hi @Lorlee2 - it may well be a phone issue.

Try logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch again.

There is no need to uninstall the app.

My versa 3 won't connect to my Bluetooth either, I've tried restarting my phone but not worked.

Hi @Dipper23 - did you make sure your watch is fully charged and try all the steps suggested in this topic?
