Please help. My daughter has only used for 1 month, lost charge and now can't get watch to connect to mobile Bluetooth. She used for diabetes. Have uninstalled and restarted. Nothing. We changed to google log on and nothing. This has been such a waste of money. I just can't get it working.

I'd suggest you charge your device completely following the steps suggested in this article.
Try to sync the device one more time. If there is some issue when syncing, please see this article.

I've been having the same issue for months, finally contacted support on their chat, and no going through email. I changed to Google 3 weeks ago roughly but Fitbit tell me they can't find my watch on my account. I've sent them screenshots of my email address logged into the app, tried going back to my old email address and obviously don't worry. Both my husband and daughter have same issue but they damaged theirs so it's tough luck for them unfortunately but my watch isn't even 10 month old. Last email I had yesterday basically said they need proof of purchase (since found receipt) otherwise tough luck in a round about way. I've emailed them a copy. But honestly if you have receipt, and can take it back I would. I won't buy Fitbit again after this. Good luck in sorting it.. you're going to need it unfortunately xx
