Hi
I've recently bought a Versa 3 and I'm unable to connect it to my phone. It finds the Versa 3 and goes to the numbers but when I put the numbers in it doesn't connect. Does anyone know what I can do to make this work?

To better assist you, may I know if you had in the past another Fitbit device? If so, do you still use it? If that is not the case, I suggest trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

The problem is there seems a fault with the versa watches. Very often the logo is just displayed on the screen and won't disappear. I tried logging out of the app and removing the blaze and restarting my phone still it doesn't work. It's not right, people won't be buying Fitbit anymore with all these system problems. I can't even use it, it's useless
