My Versa 3 won't connect to my phone?

Hi @NoniHarkness - the Fitbit App can lose connection and it won't sync.
First fully charge the watch and restart it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Then restart the phone and try syncing.
If the watch doesn't charge see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If the steps provided by @Guy_ don't work, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
