Versa 3 won't connect to my phone

So, I’ve done a bunch of restarts and even a factory reset, turning Bluetooth off and on, updating my phone and the FitBit app, forgetting Versa 3 in settings; all of this still didn’t work.

Basically, my problem started when I found out it wouldn’t sync this morning. So, I did my usual restarts. That didn’t work, so I tried forgetting and setting it up again. Didn’t work either. As a last resort, I did a factory reset. Still, nothing. 

When I start to set up the watch again, it works until the code. I know I’m putting in the code correctly, but it always says it’s wrong or invalid. Does this mean my watch is broken?

Below is a screen shot of what it looks like in my phones settings. Any help is appreciated.

—UPDATE—

I fixed my own problem. Learned that it was my phone, requiring a software update and the FitBit app was an update behind. It was t the watch. 

Here’s what I’d do if any of you run into a similar problem.

- Turn Bluetooth On/Off

- Forget the watch

- Make sure the app, watch and phone are all up to date

- Restart and follow regular troubleshooting

Since the Google partnership I can't get to my Fitbit dashboard on either an iPhone or my desktop. There is no syncing and no sleep stats. It is not accepting either my Fitbit or Google passwords. The Password Recovery screen was supposed to send me a recovery email but didn't.
