Versa 3 won't download clock faces

My watchband broke a couple of months or so ago, so I didn't use my Versa 3 for awhile.  Got new band, started using it, only to see my watch face wasn't showing the correct stats.  The face is called 101 Choices.  It only shows 99,000 steps, 0 miles, 0 HR. I thought I would try to redownload it, then realized the app had changed.  I try downloading new watch faces, and my Versa 3 acts like it's downloading, but stops after a little bit.  I can switch to the ones already downloaded, but can't download any new ones (to try and fix the one I want

Anyone else have this problem and find a fix?

Hi @MamaV-2 - firstly did you check the permissions of your 101 Choices in the Fitbit App Gallery tile and select you clock face.

Secondly you will need to ensure the watch is syncing properly. If you have the new V4 Fitbit App one of the problems is it loses connection, so try syncing after each of these till it works

  • Toggle the phone's Bluetooth off/on
  • Restart the watch
  • Restart the phone and watch again

This may also resolve the clock faces not loading but if not, try removing any unused clock faces [except the first one] and if you have over 30 apps remove some you don't need to get within the limit.
