Versa 3 won’t fully turn on

All I see is the screen with the blue dots. Tried restarting and unsynching and turning off Bluetooth and turning on again. Still the same problem. The blue dots stay on the screen and there’s short vibrations. My husband bought me this watch in September for my birthday and already it’s not working. Smh.

Hi @JadeD6612,

You need to contact Support right away, there is something wrong with the battery of your watch.  Ask if they can help you administer a Battery Test.

@JadeD6612, thanks for trying to solve this situation with your Versa 3 before reaching out. Please confirm if the steps followed to restart your device were the ones on this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I'll be around.

Hello,

I am having the exact same problem. Once my Fitbit that is fully charged it taken off the charger it just turns itself off, continues to vibrate on my rest but with nothing but the blue dots on the screen. I have disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit, I have restarted it and done all the recommended steps to resolve this problem but still nothing. I would like this resolved but cannot find a way to get in contact with anyone from Fitbit.
