I’ve done all of that. I can get 24 hours at most with it.

@djsdboi Thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided by @AndreaFitbit.

By any chance, are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

Hope this helps.

Hi @Laceyfrick - it would seem it has had water inside it which has partially damaged it. mine wouldn't last a fay once it got wet. You may even be able to see condensation in the back window [when it is off, to avoid being blinded by the lights].

If it gets hot while charging, stop immediately.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty the quickest way to resolve it is to take it to the shop for a new replacement, hopefully over the counter.

I am having the same issues. Just replaced my Versa 3 and the new one won't last more than 14 hours. Have tried all of the suggested tips but 14 hours is the maximum a charge will last.

This is brand new and it has never lasted 24 hours. My wife also just replaced hers (her 4th firbit over the years) and it had to be replaced as it would not even pair.  The quality has definitely gone down hill. And the chat feature won't work.
