Hi there, @RDG757. Welcome on board. I understand how you must be feeling.

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if you're having difficulties to charge your Versa 3 or the battery is not holding the charge? Are you syncing with an iOS or Android mobile device?

In the mantime, see Can I exted my Fitbit device's battery life? and Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hope that helps.

Hi there, @txlady2120. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please note that Fitbit is aware of the battery short life issues when syncing with an iOS device. However, bear in mind that they're currently working on this inconvience. In the meantime I'd recommend keeping an eye to this thread for more updates about this issue.

Have a nice day.

This is just the standard answer to ALL the issues these watches have. I have a Versa3 that is only a few months old and have had problems since it was new.  I will never recommend this brand to anyone or ever buy another one.

Mine keeps a charge but has other issues. Figured it was me and didn’t understand how to fix it. Is there a warranty? Either way they should exchange it. I have a Versa2. Thought I lost it so got the 3. Actually I like the 2 more. Good luck.

Mine is like a month old and doesn't hold a charge more than 2 days, except for last night.  I charged it yesterday and was totally drained today.

Hi @txlady2120  - Yes the Versa 2 is a better watch. However if you identify your Versa 3 problems you may get some resolutions in the forum.

@JennB72  - There are a number of features [and new ones in the last firmware release] that reduce the battery life substantially, check them all to make sure none are enabled and see if that restores your battery life then add what you need. How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

Has a resolution been found? I love my watch, but it dies every other day now!  $150 for something that is not working properly is not acceptable. I received this in November and now need to find something else. Can we get an exchange or upgraded to something that does work?

@Eh1979 - if you followed the link given earlier and you are getting less than 2 days per charge the watch may be faulty and need replacing under warranty.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, and they can take you through a factory reset, which sometimes helps, but once the damage is persistent it may not make a difference.
