Versa 3 won't pair or sync to my Redmi Note 9 Pro

Hi,

I have been using Versa 3 with my Redmi Note 9 pro for over 2 months. Recently it stopped syncing and despite several tries and rebooting, it won't sync. 

So I thought to un-pair and pair it again to give it a fresh start. Unfortunately, it is now not even pairing it up again. I have tried doing all the troubleshooting steps available in different discussion and even contacted the chat support. The problem persists, have anybody else faced the issue lately? Is it a part time error and could be fixed with next update? I simply don't want to get into the hassle of claiming warranties and returning device. 

Looking forward for some positive response.
