Versa 3 won't pair or sync to my phone anymore

Have done everything required. Start/stop Bluetooth, force stop app, delete/ reinstall app, allowed all permissions, turned phone off/on, turn versa 3 off/on. Connection is made, code is received, but will not pair/sync. Just started recently.  Worked fine until now.

Hi there, @Doodookaka. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

As a first approach, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair once again your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
  • Once your Versa 3 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Hi @Doodookaka  - the sequence may be important.

Try removing the watch entries from the phone Bluetooth, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart both phone and watch.

Login to the Fitbit App click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

If that doesn't work remove the device from the Fitbit App and repeat the process.
