Versa 3 won't pair to iPhone anymore

Versa 3 displays info but cannot send it to iPhone, it did before. Also, the app cannot find wifi and in addition to that, the phone charge and battery info in the watch are continually blinking back and forth (didn’t do this before either). Is it time to have it checked out. It’s barely a year old.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3. Then, please try setting up your Fitbit device once again. If the issue persists, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @92503 - it might be a good idea to logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone to see if it resolves the situation.

 

If not you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
