Versa 3 won't pair with my iPhone 12

i have a versa 3 and ot not pairing with my iPhone 12 i reset all my device and still not working can i have help please

Hi @caravicky I’m happy to try to help. How are you trying to pair the two devices?  Here are the steps, in case you have not tried all of these:

  • Verify that your iPhone 12’s iOS is at 13.4 or higher.
  • Charge your Versa 3.
  • Install the Fitbit app on your iPhone. You can find it in the App Store.
  • Open the app and sign in to your Fitbit account.
  • Tap Account (top, left) then Set up a Device. Follow the prompts to pair your Versa 3 to the Fitbit app.

If this does not help, please let us know exactly what steps you followed and what happened … at what point in the setup.

Now my Versa 2 face came loose clearly a Fitbit issue contacted Fitbit said out of warranty offered 35% discount going Going With Apple Watch !
