Versa 3 won't pair with my iPhone 14

Can anyone help me with a problem.

I've just upgraded my old phone to an Apple Iphone 14 plus, have tried to add my my Versa 3 watch to my Fitbit Account.

I get so far as the app tells me to enter the connection code from my watch which I do, then nothing, and then I get a message 'something wrong there was an error while trying to pair your device'

I've tried everthing possible to fix this, nothing working.

The software on my new phone is 16.3.1 so there shouldn't be any problems.

I have not had any problems with using my watch and syncing my phone with the fitbit app in the past

Can anyone help please.

Can anyone help please

Hi @Snowdon - changing phones can be an issue, did you make sure to remove the watch from the old phone's Bluetooth and turn the phone off?

Also then try restarting the watch and logout of the new phone Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and remove the Versa 3 from the new phone's Bluetooth and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices or watches on, then login to the Fitbit App again, click the profile photo and start the Setup process again.

Hi  Guy

Thank you for your advice, I did try all you suggested but the still had the same problem, in the end I did a total factory reset on the watch, as a last resort and this has sorted the problem out.

@Snowdon- thank you for the feedback, not sure why a factory reset resolved it, may be the prior steps had partially worked. But great you got it working. Thanks.

I had the same issue and read the other comments. The second I disconnected my Versa from my old old phone (Bluetooth - Forget this Device) I could connect without a hitch.
