After 6 hours of toggling bluetooth on and off, restarting the phone, restarting the Versa 3 “forgetting” the device on my phone, and trying to pair it again. Nothing is working! I have tried everything to get this to pair. It has been working fine for the past 8 months or so but today it just stopped syncing and then after doing all of the trouble shooting I hit the forget this device and started from scratch and now it won’t pair. I can’t even find the Fitbit on my Bluetooth list. And yes I have removed every other Bluetooth device just to try and get this to pair again. I also tried to pair it with my daughters phone… No luck. I tried on my sons iPad…. Nope!! What’s the problem?

As our last resort, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

I am having the same issue and the factory reset listed above did not work. When I attempt to open the ‘settings’ app on the versa, it doesn’t open.
