Versa 3 won't provide my sleep score or snore report

My verse 3 shows my sleep patterns but I cannot get a sleep score or a Snore Report. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @koshpatel first thing we want to do is look below the simple sleep graph for what fitbit says.

A user needs 3 hours of sleep and a consistent heart rate.

If you have a very low pulse rate, the Versa can't read it, especially if you have AFib.
