Does anyone receiving whatsapp call through versa3 , because i saw many people complaining and for me also not working 

Update: FYI, I'm receiving normal phone calls and Whatsapp messages notifications in versa3 only the calls through WhatsApp not able to receive

Hi there, @Muthu1993. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're not receiving WhatsApp call notifications on your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll be glad to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend verifying the following:

  1. Go to your phone's settings and tap Apps.
  2. Look for WhatsApp > Notifications. > Call Notifications.
  3. Make sure the Banners option is turned on.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and sync your Versa 3.
  5. Try receiving a WhatsApp call. 

NOTE: Make sure you're not on the WhatsApp screen when receiving the call, that way you'll receive the banner on your phone and the notification on your watch.
