My Versa 3 won’t sync with my phone to receive phone notifications - calls, messages what’s app. Have tried switching both on /off, forgetting the Versa 3 etc. etc. Has worked for about 10 mins a few times, but keeps unconnecting itself. Phone is Apple iphone 6S

despite following your instructions a few times and connecting the versa to the phone, each time, within about 10 minutes it had disconnected! HELP!,

I can’t either but only it will not respond to incoming calls can you tell me it shows it but won’t let you answer. Do you have to subscribe to Fitbit premium or have I got something turned off ? I’ve searched… my old Fitbit let you answer just not talk

Mine doesn’t do anything - shows not connected on my phone. The reason I bought a Versa 3 was to receive texts/what’s app/calls on my Versa 3 because I like my phone to be on silent.
Onviously not going to happen.
