Hi all,

 

Just got a Versa 3. It receives some notifications (GMail & Slack) but not others (SMS, Outlook, Whatsapp.) I've tried all the fixes I can find! I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e with Android Version 12. Any help appreciated!

May we get more info on what your notification setting in your fitbit app and phone are? 

Your Versa 3 will only display notifications that have been sent through the fitbit app. 

Do these notifications pop up in your phones notification center.

I have Apps Notifications for WhatsApp ticked in the fitbit app and WhatsApp notifications do pop up on my phone.
