My Versa 3 is not providing text message notifications. I get phone call and email notification but the text notification is not working. I have tried everything seen on the forums, resetting phone and Versa 3, force closing app, clearing cache and data and nothing is working. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Hi there, @aallen312. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a friendly reminder, please check if "Preview new messages". To do so, open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages". If the issue persists, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Unfortunately that didnt work. The preview new messages was already on. I turned it off and back on and still nothing.
