I wore my versa 3 in the pool for the first time yesterday and it seems to have totally died, won’t turn on so I am assuming water damage but I thought they were safe enough up to 50m. I have it just over a year. Anybody else have issues after wearing it in the water ?

Hi @Jococ - this has been reported if you look in the forums, it seems the seal deteriorates with time and hot water or detergents.
However there can be other reasons for it stopping, like the battery is flat.
Try a short charging for a few minutes or so and make sure the watch doesn't get hot. It may start by itself, in which case it may not be water damage.
If it starts normally and charges normally the battery was flat.

Thanks. It didn’t recharge but thankfully still under warranty so a replacement is on its way.
