Versa 3 won't respond to anything

Out of nowhere, my Versa 3 showed the Fitbit logo before switching off. Since then, she is randomly vibrating and the screen is not answering any interaction.

She is brand new, I am really annoyed by this...Help?

Hi there, @zoandcompany. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your new Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If your Versa 3 keeps showing the Fitbit Logo only, please try the steps below: 

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
