Versa 3 won't respond to anything

Earlier today my watch was at 69% charge and perfectly normal. Then an hour or so later I lifted my wrist to check the time and it was completely dead. The screen is black. The button does not respond to anything. There is no vibration. It won’t charge. It’s just completely unresponsive. This watch is less than 6 months old! What is going on?

Hello! Try taking the band off and charging it. And if it dose not work then try to buy a diffrent charger and use that! Hope this helps!
