Versa 3 won't respond to anything

hello, 

my versa3 has the black screen of death...

the green light still works.. 

the pressure buttons still works...

 

i have tried:

- turning on off by 10 sec to 15 press..

the fitbit logo shows..  some times i get a green check mark

 

- tried pairing with cell phone and steps show.. but no screen 

- tried chaning watch faces.. but i don't think i can get it to successfully show up.. still black screen

 

was able to get firmware ver.   36.128.6.17

 

please advise..
