Versa 3 won't respond to anything

My versa would not let me select an exercise,  so I tried to restart it.  The symbol came on,  but now after 3 minutes that's all there is.  I have tried restarting it many times,  and no green light either.  It is only a few months old.

Hi @mom2tir - it may require a factory reset, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to get help with that.

 

If that does not work replace it under warranty where you bought it.

If your Versa 3 display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
