Versa 3 won't respond to anything

My Bersa 3 is not responding to charging or cleaning.The side button seems not to be there to press and hold to reboot.

There are no lights or vibrations.Nothing!

Hi @Merimbula - the good news is there is no side button, it's an indentation which you need to cover with the fleshy part of your thumb.

 

However if it needs charging you can't use the button. To fix the charging issue follow this guide How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
