Versa 3 won't respond to anything

Tried all the help from the community advice to get the watch to restart to no avail. Why does this happen?

Hi there, @kevg718. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me the steps you've tried? 

In the meantime, if you haven't done so yet, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up the Fitbit device to your Fitbit account.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Fitbit device.

Hi, tried all these steps a couple times to no avail. The screen won't turn on at all.

Hi @kevg718  - it is possible that it is not charged nor charging. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
