Versa 3 won't show my data

My versa 3 shows my clock face but when I scroll down ..I  can't see my steps or any other information. HELP

Hi there, @Billybon. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 3 is not on "Always-On". To do so, swipe right from the clock face to open your quick settings and tap the always-on display icon.

Note: Clock faces without an always-on display mode use a default always-on display clock face. Choose an analog or digital clock face. Open the Settings app > Display. In the Always-on display section, tap Analog or Digital.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
