The notification area has stopped working on my versa 3. I receive a vibration, but when I swipe down from the main screen, nothing happens. Not even the message that used to say "all caught up". I have checked all my settings and nothing seems to be changed. It effects my email, text messages and messenger notifications. I still receive phone calls. I have a Samsung galaxy s10.

Hi @Okgal  - it is probably time to restart your watch, and your phone for good measure. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
