Versa 3 won't show my text messages

This is the second time my Versa 3 suddenly stopped displaying messages. The last time it suddenly restarted itself. I have made sure the updates are done, as well as removing and readding the V3. It does vibrate when I get a message so I know it’s connected. Any ideas??

While reading your post I wanted to clarify first; if you're receiving notifications, but cannot open the messages? If this describes your situation, would you mind checking if the following is enable on your phone? Open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages".

If the above wasn't enable, try enabling it and then test your notifications to see if they can be open the way it's expected.

Hi @Magycatt - first steps, to make sure everything is working try to logout of the app and restart both watch and phone and do a sync, also swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check sleep and do not disturb are not enabled.
