I have changed the setting in the app to 12 hour but the watch still displays 24 military time. What can I do? Still under warranty, it has been this way since I bought it several months ago.

Hi @Clickhouse - when you change the time format on the website, remember to click submit AND then sync the watch, and if necessary switch from clock face into watch Settings and back to the clock face. This restarts the clock face so it recognises the change, if this does not work, as @MarreFitbit says, change to a Fitbit clock face to make sure it's not a clock face problem.

Thanks I tried that. It shows 12 hour format on the settings but the watch shows 24 hour. I tried switching back and forth and it always displays 24 hour...

Hi there, @Clickhouse. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3.
As a first approach, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 12 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 24 hr format even when I have set my clock to 12 hrs. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Thanks @MarreFitbit. The clock face I am using supports 24 hour format. The problem is that even though I switch to 12 hr mode in the app/website the watch still displays 24 hour format. I can't get it to switch no matter what I try.
