My fitbit doesn’t change time. I tried all the tricks described in this community (automatic, manual change, restart, sync, changing to completely different time zone everything) and still doesn’t work and shows my old time. What else can I do? Thank you

Hi @Sanja111 - it sometimes takes a few goes to get it working and it must be syncing properly.
Logout of the Fitbit App and clear the storage cache and force stop it, and swipe off the active Fitbit App window.
Make sure you are only using one phone for the syncing and restart both watch and phone and sync a few times.
If that is not working, remove automatic time zone and location, set the time zone and location manually and sync.
You may need to repeat the process.
