Hi!
Yesterday my Fitbit Versa 3 turned off when it had less than 5% battery. Now it seems like it was resetted. When I plug in my power cable, it says: Download the fitbit app to start.
The Fitbit App couldn't synchronize my smartwatch, so I deleted the connection in the app and tried to connect it again. The connection with the 4 digit code works, but that's it. Bluetooth and WiFi don't work at all. When my phone tries to connect Bluetooth or WiFi, my smartwatch still stays in the "download the fitbit app to start" screen.
Sometimes the Fitbit App says that I should update my watch. But when I try to, it loses connection again.
Can you help me please?

Hi @mrdabu - it may be a phone issue, restart it and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device", and replace.
It is a good idea to have the watch on charge and near the phone and 2.4 GHz wifi source.
If it doesn't work, delete the watch entries in the phone"s Bluetooth and try again.

Thanks. In the meantime, I used the live chat with the Fitbit support. None of the ways worked so I have to ship my watch now to the warehouse and get a new one. But maybe my topic will be a help for other users. 🙂
