I am very dissatisfied with the Versa 3. I have had it replaced once and the new one has the same issues. It will not stay connected to bluetooth. I constantly have to pair the devices. I am using an iPhone 13 with the 16.0 version the latest update. I have spoken with numerous representatives and all they will do is got through the same steps to resolve I have been through a hundred times. I am stiill under warranty and Fitbit is not standing behind their product. I want a credit to apply toward another model and they refuse to do it. They say because I purchased on Amazon. This is BS!!! They should honor their warranty. I will never purchase another Fitbit product again! Be warned! A terrible company to deal with. And terrible customer service.

@Maureen64 not all sellers on Amazon are authorized retailers for the Fitbit products. Fitbit customer service takes each case individually and if they told you this, might be best you try to get with the original seller on Amazon or ask Amazon customer service.
