My fit bit keep disconnecting from my Samsung s20 I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it and it doesn't keep connected. Does anyone have any info on why this is thank you.

Hi there, @Lea86. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

As a first approach, please make sure that your S20 meets the requirements listed here.

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue persists, I'd recommend following the steps below:

1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
