Versa 3 won't stay connected to my Samsung S9+

Hello,

My versa 3 will not stay connected to my S9+. Always shows phone is disconnected. When I go into my Fitbit App however, it will sync up. It just won't keep the connection. I checked my App battery setting and it is not set to optimized. Any suggestions for other settings I can check?

Thanks

Hello I have the exact same problem.  My versa 3 will NOT stay continuously synced.  And yes as soon as I go into the fit bit app it will sync.  My samsung galaxy S9 phone and my fit bit will be on my person and still have sync issues.   I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and no luck.
