Hi there, @leeroblin7. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, please make sure to check this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Thank you. I’ve been doing that. The problem is I am having to do it every day, several times a day. It will reconnect for the Versa, but it won’t connect the Versa controls. I’m just perplexed by it lol

@leeroblin7 Thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided above.

Please note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch? or Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I’m still having issues. My versa controls won’t stay paired. I’ve restarted my watch, my phone, done Forget the Device numerous times. I’ve even removed the watch from the list and reconnected it. I just don’t know. I’ll just have to deal with it until I can save up to get a new watch lol
