Versa 3 won't stay connected to my iPhone's Bluetooth

When i got my versa 3 i had an android phone and it synced so well. Then I got an iPhone 11 pro and now it continually sync unless i keep my app open. Is there something I am missing? How can i fix this?

I am also having problems and wish there had been more info posted here. I contacted customer service but, I think something happened to my rep.
