Hi @mrmark63  - for connecting to your phone all the time, in order to be able to receive notifications, the Fitbit App and Bluetooth need to be running in background.

Have a look at your phone battery optimization in case they're getting shut down.

Also stick with one phone only as the watch can only connect with one at a time. Remove the watch entries from the iPhones Bluetooth or any other devices and restart both watch and Android phone.

That may resolve the issues.

Hi there, @mrmark63. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

Please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, please make sure to check this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
