Versa 3 won't stay connected to my iPhone's Bluetooth

Being having issues since last Tuesday. My versa 3 keeps unpairing with my phone no idea why.  But today I’ve noticed on my authorised devices - its has iphone 12.8 🤷‍:female_sign:.  I have iphone se 2020 and this phone has always been authorised.  Don’t know where iphone12 has come from.  Have revoked it 3 times but once synced it’s alway iphone 12.  How do i get my fitbit app to authorise to iPhone se as i think this is the problem why my watch keeps unpairing. Any ideas???

Hi there, @Turbo-xwing. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Where are you seeing iPhone 12.8? Would you guide me through on how you revoked access?

In the meantime, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

Hi

Thanks for your reply - I’ve done that numerous times but it still keeps unpairing but i will try again. I just don’t understand why it thinks my phone is suddenly an iphone 12?

also should have said in my fitbit app , then in account setting, then authorised devices its shows iphone 12.8. Not iphone se which what i have.

 

when i first got this phone over a year ago i had iphone 6s and my fitbit app showed both iphones on the authorised devices and i had to delete iphone 6s as i had issues then. But once that iphone deleted everything was fine.

 

my iphone setting still say it’s an iphone se but wondering if an update had changed something but my fitbit app is not liking whatever has happened
