I recently upgraded to a pixel 7. On occasion, my old phone and fitbit would disconnect from each other but it was not often. Since switching phones, its constantly disconnecting. My phone will ring and my watch doesn't do a thing. I'll reconnect, go about my business, next thing you know another missed call. When I sync the two devices, the app takes forever and tells me to sit tight...every single time. It used to take a couple of seconds and this phone takes closer to a minute, if not longer. I have done all reconnecting steps so please do not paste the same answer you respond to everyone else with. This is one of the main reasons I went with this watch, because I like getting my messages on my wrist and its a simple enough device. Such a shame that people have been complaining about this issue for a long time and here we are still waiting for a solution. I think its time to switch brands.

Hi there, @WorkIt00. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.
Is your Versa 3 still connected to your old's Bluetooth settings? If you haven't done so yet, please try the following:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
