Why can't my phone say that my Bluetooth isn't on and it is?

I agree with @Guy_, would you mind sharing more detailed information about what is not working? Are you having syncing difficulties? Are the notifications not coming through? Do you get any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the Bluetooth not connecting?

Hi @Rebecca041__ - you may need to go to phone settings and turn off Bluetooth and then turn it on again.

If that doesn't help, perhaps explain more what is not working.
