Versa 3 won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth settings

Hi there, 

I purchased the Versa 3 in December and synced to my iphone 13. However, I've had loads of problems with the bluetooth connection which keeps loosing. I have down the following: 

- downloaded all the phone software updates

- downloaded all the fitbit updates under settings

- reset the factory settings, shut down the watch and phone and reconnceted. This has meant the updates have downloaded again.

However the phone keeps loosing the bluetooth connection. I dont have a bluetooth connection problem to my headphones, IPAD, so not sure what to do. 

I have fitbit premium so really frustrating. Any help apart from replacing the watch would be appreciated.

Hi @arvinjeboo - unfortunately this is one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App -  it is notorious for constantly losing connection requiring manual intervention.

I’m having the same issue. What is the manual intervention required to fix this problem?

Hi @Moranch - Generally restarting the watch and even the phone and syncing manually should help temporarily.
