Hi @Robdog225 - one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection. No fix for that.

Toggling Bluetooth off/on may reenable the connection temporarily or restarting the watch and even the phone to get it working again may be required.

I had to do a factory reset of the watch and it seems to be working

Hi @SiunKil - be sure to perform the steps posted earlier because a factory reset isn't without risk and is time consuming and may make matters worse if it isn't necessary.

Thank you for quick response
..I have tried everything else & it's not responding..stays blank screen
most of the time for last 2 days & when the screen does 'wake up' it will
just show the time..won't respond to any touch screen activity.
